No more missed waste collection dates!

The new WAB app from the Westerwaldkreis Waste Management Operator (WAB) allows users to individually set up all collection dates and receive timely reminders to have the appropriate waste type or bin ready.

Users simply select their location, set their reminder preferences, and missed collection dates for residual waste, organic waste, paper, yellow bags, bulky waste, or other waste types will become a thing of the past. Moreover, the WAB app provides critical waste information, such as locations of glass containers, retailers for residual waste bags, and addresses of recycling centers along with their opening hours. The app also features a comprehensive waste ABC, encompassing several hundred waste terms and their respective disposal methods.

How to become a WAB app user:

1. Download the app, install it, and launch it.
2. Register for free (once registered, use it on multiple mobile devices).
3. Select your municipality and district or street.
4. Adjust waste filters.
5. Done.
